Dimitri’s Fresh Herb Oil Blend

The Two Peas Kitchen always has a bottle of this hanging around ready to use, especially in the summer.

Where to use:
On Salads
On Grilled Meats
On Grilled Fish
On Grilled Veggies
In Marinades







Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients List
1 small bunch of Fresh Tarragon
1 small bunch of Fresh Thyme
1 small bunch of Fresh Oregano
1 sprig of Fresh Sage
2 sprigs of Fresh Dill
1 small bunch of Fresh Basil
1 small bunch of Fresh Parsley
1 sprig of Fresh Rosemary
1 liter or 4 ¼ cups of Greek EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

Step 1 Put all of your ingredients in a blender and blend well and then pass the mixture through a chinois or suitable sieve. Keep the remaining oil in an airtight glass jar or bottle for later use.

Try This
The next time you have a barbeque or cook out, take a loaf of fresh baked, crusty bread, cut it length-wise down the middle, rub a few tablespoons of the herb oil blend on each piece, place it on the grill cut side down until nice and crispy and serve.
